Services: A paid training program to help older workers gain skills needed to be employed in the current job market. Experience Works pays minimum wage for 20 hrs per week to low income
people 55 years old and over. Experience Works partners with local Non Profit State or Local organizations to provide older workers apprentice style training. The older worker acts as support staff to the organization while Experience Works pays them for their time. Experience Works supports local business by providing a pool of well trained staff. Experience Works boosts the economy by putting money and services back into the community while helping the older workers gain employment.
