About the Human Resources Department
The Human Resources Department develops and
administers programs and activities to ensure organizational needs
are met pertaining to personnel services. In addition, Human
Resources manages all of the employee benefits, compensation, training and
development, and recruiting activities for the City of Copperas
It is the policy of the City of Copperas Cove to
