Fathom Water Meter Information

AMI LEAK DETECTION WILL BEGIN JANUARY 2, 2019
The City of Copperas Cove in coordination with FATHOM will institute Leak Detection, Alerting, and Resolution software on January 2, 2019. All residential account holders are eligible to receive continuous and burst leak notification. Leak detection will help our customers identify and resolve expensive leaks without having to call the utility provider. Leak detection alerts customers with step-by-step information to identify and resolve leaks thru the Customer Portal. Customers who choose to opt out of leak notification can do so by clicking on “unsubscribe” at the bottom of the email or deselecting Utility Connect under Communications Preferences via the Account Settings in the Customer Portal at copperascovetx.gwfathom.com.
