“We are recruiting for motivated members of the community who wish to share their knowledge, skills and time by becoming volunteers. Our volunteers range in all ages, from teens (17 years and older) to senior citizens, willing to donate their time each week.Children, ages 16 and under, will have to be chaperoned/supervised by a parent or guardian in order to volunteer at one of our departments. The parent or guardian will have to submit a volunteer application
as well.”

**Selection of applicants as volunteers is based on a number of factors, and there is no guarantee that an applicant will be selected to volunteer. Volunteer service is for no definite period and may be terminated by the City at any time for any reason without any prior notice.
